2. Services Provided
Lighthouse Wellness offers counseling, coaching, and wellness services online. These services are intended to support your well-being and personal growth. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a healthcare provider for any health-related issues.
3. Booking and Payment

Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Please note that our services are not intended for crisis or emergency situations, and we cannot guarantee immediate support. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact your local emergency services or seek immediate help from a healthcare provider.

Payment: Full payment is preferred at the time of booking to secure your session. We accept payment via PayPal, local e-wallets (GCash, Maya), and local bank transfer.

Deferred Payment: All bookings have to be paid at least 3 calendar days before the scheduled session; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your payment.

Refund: Payments made for sessions are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you may do so at least 4 hours in advance, and your payment will be credited towards a future session. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled session or for missed appointments.
