Our Services

1

Psychological Counseling

Going through counseling and talk therapy is an opportunity to receive psychological support and learn essential skills to better deal with issues in life such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship challenges, parenting distress, career changes, and many others. This is a one-on-one conversation between you and a counselor in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Together, you will explore feelings, beliefs, and behaviors to gain a better understanding of yourself and work towards desired change through learning and developing mindfulness, emotion regulation skills, distress tolerance skills, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.

2

Life Coaching

Working on a specific personal goal? This is the service for you. Life coaching is a personalized service that helps individuals identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. Through one-on-one sessions, a life coach offers guidance, support, and accountability to help clients navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and unlock their full potential. The process involves clarifying values, setting actionable objectives, and developing strategies to overcome obstacles. Life coaching fosters self-awareness, confidence, and growth, empowering clients to create meaningful changes and lead fulfilling lives.

Values Support for Teens

This a service designed to help young people understand, develop, and align with their core values. Through guided discussions and activities, teens explore topics like integrity, empathy, responsibility, and self-respect. The service fosters self-awareness and decision-making skills, empowering teens to make choices that reflect their values. By providing a safe space for self-expression and growth, values support encourages teens to build a strong moral foundation and navigate life's challenges with confidence and authenticity.

A parent or primary caregiver is required to also go through counseling separately so we can build a supportive environment for the child together.
